Literacy Volunteers of Allegany County, Inc., is a non-profit organization working to promote literacy and lifelong learning for youths, adults, and families.

We provide free reading, workplace math, pre-GED, and English as a Second Language (ESL) tutoring. LVAC also sponsors special events year-round and distributes free books at community events.
